Create Large Segment definition for Environment

Create a Large Segment definition in an environment with the given name. This endpoint requires a JSON body containing the large segment definition to create in the specified environment.

This API endpoint is different than the one you used to create a large segment. This endpoint url path does not contain/ws/.
